With the addition of CapturePro On-the-Go, VIQ Solutions personnel can attend your hearings to capture audio with a portable pre-configured solution that can accommodate four or more speakers. Users can benefit from the local capture of digital content with the ability to transfer the recordings to a centralised management platform. As always, all data is securely captured, managed, and stored in the same manner as content obtained in a fixed courtroom.

VIQ personnel will collect relevant information, such as the correct spelling of people and place names, to assist in transcript production. Any other relevant information offered by the participants will also be collected.
Following the hearing, audio will be securely uploaded to a central server via USB wireless broadband connection. Depending on the turnaround requirements of the transcript, audio and associated annotations can be sent either at the conclusion of the hearing or progressively in five‑minute audio segments. It is from this point that authorised personnel at VIQ Solutions will be able to access the audio via a web portal and our transcription staff will begin downloading audio and annotations for the purpose of transcription.
